Karolina Kozak
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. For 20 years, I have been professionally associated with the University, gaining experience in administrative and organizational roles. Currently, I have the pleasure of collaborating with the HUMECO team, where I provide administrative support.
I am committed to continuous development and improving my competencies. Two years ago, I completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. I am currently expanding my knowledge in the field of human potential management, continuing my education at the University.
My greatest passions are sailing, mountain climbing, and exploring new places – both in Poland and around the world. I also enjoy meeting new people. I believe that human potential is a key element of how we function and a foundation of organizational culture.
